Pests Inside? Book a Visit
Treatment, Exclusion and Repair
Every job starts with finding where the pests live and how they get in. Treatment deals with what is inside now; sealing and repairs keep the next ones out.
Before the First Hard Frost
When October and November nights drop toward freezing, house mice start working along foundations, garage doors and the spots where pipes and wires pass through the walls. A young mouse fits through a gap about the width of a pencil, so the time to look is before the scratching starts. Walk the outside of the house, check the seal under the garage door and look for daylight around pipes, vents and the dryer duct.
Customer Reviews
Lewis came out for mice in our kitchen and a gap under the back door where they were getting in.
The tech came out for our quarterly treatment. He sprayed the foundation, checked the bait stations in the basement and looked over the attic vents. He found one gap by the dryer vent and sealed it, but said everything else looked fine. Haven't seen a spider or ant since. We've used them two years now with no complaints.
Can't say enough good things about Coverdale. They've handled carpenter ants and a yellow jacket nest by the deck for us, and everyone has been polite and easy to work with. We're on their quarterly plan now so nothing comes back. Only downside is regular visits can take about a week to get on the schedule, but honestly that hasn't bothered us much.
Bethel Park Pest Work Since 2005
Lewis Fraser started Coverdale Pest Control in 2005, and his first jobs were spent under porches in Bethel Park, tracing how mice were getting into houses. On a mouse problem the entry point is still checked first, often a gap around a pipe or along the foundation, because traps do not hold for long while the opening stays.
The work covers single-family houses, townhomes, rental units and small commercial buildings, from wasp nests in walls to ants that keep coming back after every spray.
